Getting ready for Baby Luke Paul!

For the past 11 weeks John Paul and I have been busy getting the house ready for Baby Luke's arrival! As you can see from the pics, he is definitely growing, and we still have 8 1/2 weeks to go!


We have been doing everything first time parents want to do to get ready. From reading lots of books and magazines to taking childbirth class. We've done it all. Mom and I have been working diligently cutting and sewing the perfect bedding set for Baby Luke. John Paul has been painting and putting together baby furniture.





I can say that after this week that we've been off for Spring Break, we are about ready. Last weekend we had our first baby shower at John Paul's church and were overwhelmed with the love and gifts we received from the congregation of his family's church. We are looking forward to another shower at my parent's church this next weekend! We've finally finished up the nursery and just need a few little details here and there...oh and a baby...to make it just perfect.
